Our organization, Unlimited Remit with its registrations in the US as Unlimited Cloud LLC, in the UK as Unlimited Remit Ltd, in Singapore as Unlimited Cloud Pte Ltd and in Nepal as Lalit Money Transfer Pvt Ltd, understands the importance of your privacy and that you care about the way in which your personal data is used, shared, and managed by us. We respect and value the privacy of you, our clients, and will only collect and use your personal data in the ways that are described below, and in a manner that is consistent with our policies and in accordance with the laws of Nepal. 

As it is highly important, we request you to carefully read and understand our Privacy Policy. You will be required to accept our Privacy Policy when signing up on your Unlimited Cloud LLC account. If you do not comply with and accept our Privacy Policy, you must stop the usage of our website, app and/or services. 


Definitions and Interpretations: 

In our Privacy Policy, certain terms hold specific meanings. They are as listed below: 

  • 1.1. Account: This refers to a Client’s Account, which is required to access certain areas of our website and to use certain features our organization provides.
  • 1.2. Cookie: This refers to a small text file placed on your (the Client’s) computer or device by Our Site when you visit certain parts of Our Site and/or when you use certain features of Our Site. Details of the Cookies used by Our Site are set out in section 13, below.
  • 1.3. Cookie Law: This refers to the laws at place governing our right to use cookies.
  • 1.4. Personal Data: This refers to any and all data that relates to an identifiable person who can be directly or indirectly identified fr om that data. In this case, it means personal data that you give to Our Organization via Our Site(s)/Application(s).
  • 1.5. You: This refers to our Clients.
  • 1.6. We/Us: This refers to our Organization, Unlimited Cloud LLC in the US, Unlimited Remit Ltd in the UK, Unlimited Cloud Pte Ltd in Singapore and Lalit Money Transfer Pvt Ltd in Nepal
  • 1.7. GDPR: The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is a relatively young and ambitious piece of legislation that governs the protection and dissemination of personal data and digital privacy.


What Does This Policy Cover? 

This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of Our Site and our phone app. Our Site may contain links to other websites. Please note that we have no control over how your data is collected, stored, or used by other websites, though we do try our best to ensure your data remains protected, and we advise you to check the privacy policies of any such websites before providing any data to them.

You have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which this Privacy Policy and Our use and management of your personal data have been designed to uphold:

Our Organization may collect a combination of personal and non-personal data depending on the extent of your usage of Our Site.

All of your personal data is processed and stored securely, for no longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which they were first collected. We will comply with Our obligations and safeguard your rights under the Data Protection Act 1998 as amended by the GDPR at all times.

Third-parties whose content appears on Our Site may use third party Cookies. 

You have the right to withdraw your consent to Us using your personal data at any time, and to request that We delete it. 

We do not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which they were first collected. Data will therefore be retained for the following periods (or its retention will be determined on the following bases): 

  • 5 years since the date we concluded our last transaction or ended our relationship with our clients.
  • 6 months for employment applications.
  • In an on-going basis for employment purposes, and for 4 years after individuals leave employment.


How and Wh ere Do We Store Your Data? 

Your personal data will be stored in France. 

Our organization puts great emphasis on data security. We have taken a number of measures to ensure the protection of the data you provide to Us. The measures are: 

  • Implementation of a Data Management Framework, including policies, procedures and internal control mechanisms to ensure your data is secure and processed according to your rights.
  • Appointment of a Data Protection Officer.


Sharing Your Data: 

In certain circumstances We may be legally required to share certain data held by Us, which may include your persona data, for example, where We are involved in legal proceedings, where We are complying with legal obligations, a court order, or a governmental authority. 

We may sometimes be in contract with third parties -such as Custodians to provide services to you on our behalf. These may include payment processing, order processing and fulfilment of your instructions. In some cases, the third parties may require access to some or all of your data. Where any of your data is required for such a purpose, We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, Our obligations, and the obligations of the third party under the law. 

We may compile statistics about the use of Our Site including data on traffic, usage patterns, user numbers, sales, and other information. All such data will be anonymized and will not include any personally identifying data, or any anonymized data that can be combined with other data and used to identify you. We may fr om time to time share such data with third parties such as prospective investors, affiliates, partners, and advertisers. Data will only be shared and used within the bounds of the law. 

Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs) and Account Balances. 

Unlimited Cloud LLC partners with financial services software company Sila Inc. (Sila) and banking services provider Evolve Bank & Trust (Evolve), member FDIC, to offer you electronic fund transfers (EFTs). When you create a Unlimited Cloud LLC account, link a bank account, or initiate an EFT, you are authorizing us to share your identity and banking information with Sila and Evolve to support your account. You are also agreeing to the terms of Sila’s privacy policy https://www.silamoney.com/legal/sila-privacy-policy, Evolve’s Privacy Policy: https://www.silamoney.com/legal/evolve-privacy-policy, and Evolve's Electronic Communications consent  https://www.silamoney.com/legal/evolve-electronic-communications-consent(the “Partner Terms”). It is your responsibility to make sure the data you provide us is accurate and complete, which is necessary for our partners to process EFTs on your behalf. The Partner Terms may be modified from time to time, and the governing versions are incorporated by reference into this Privacy Policy. Any term not defined in this section but defined in the Partner Terms assumes the meaning as defined in the Partner Terms. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THE PARTNER TERMS BECAUSE THEY CONTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONCERNING YOUR Unlimited Cloud LLC ACCOUNT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. 

California Privacy Rights. 

If you are a resident of the State of California, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to request information on how to exercise your disclosure choice options from companies conducting business in California. Specifically: 

  • Exercising the Right to Know. You may request, up to twice in a 12-month period, the following about the personal information collected on you in the past 12 months:

We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request, such as verifying that the email address or contact information from which you send the request matches your email address or contact information that we have on file. What Happens if Our Organization Changes Hands? 

We may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of our business. Any personal data that you have provided will, wh ere it is relevant to any part of our organization that is being transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Privacy Policy, be permitted to use that data only for the same purposes for which it was originally collected by Us.
